Easy Replacement Policy - Your Satisfaction is Our Priority!

At SDT, we strive to provide you with a stress-free online shopping experience. We're here to support you every step of the way, from before making a purchase to after-sales assistance. Our friendly replacement policy ensures your complete satisfaction.

We offer easy replacements/refunds for the following situations:

1. Damaged/Defective/Broken Products: If you receive a product in a damaged, defective, or broken condition, we'll gladly replace it for you.
2. Size mismatch: If you find the shirt smaller/bigger than your actual size, then we will arrange a replacement for you.
3. Products Not as Described: In case the received product doesn't match the description or photo on our website, we'll arrange a replacement/refund for you.

Note: Return requests can be placed only for Men's Wear. No returns/exchange for quilts and bags.

To initiate a replacement or dispute, please ensure the following:

- Return the product in its original condition, including any bills and labels.
- Register your replacement/dispute within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that requests registered after this period may not be entertained.
- Please be aware that broken products caused by the customer cannot be returned. At the moment, we don't accept partial returns or disputes for an order.

How to Raise a Replacement Request / Dispute:

You have two convenient options to raise a replacement request or dispute within 7 days of delivery:

1. Email: Send an email to , attaching images of the broken, defective, or damaged products. Kindly mention your order number in the email for quick assistance.
2. Phone: If you encounter any difficulties while raising the request or dispute, please reach out to our customer experience team at +917358300115. They will provide you with the necessary guidance to resolve your queries and complaints.

Who Covers the Delivery Charges for Return Products?

Please note that we incur significant costs to deliver products to you. Therefore, we don't refund any delivery charges incurred during the purchase. The amount refunded to you will be deducted by the delivery charges. We kindly request you to ensure that the product is well-packed when returning it to our office address to ensure its safe arrival.

Exchange/Refund details:
Customers can either opt in for 
1. An exchange of the existing product with a new one. 
2. Cash refund. Cash refunds are made directly to customer's account (account details can be shared at the time of raising dispute)within   3 - 5 working days.
